INTERNATIONAL: These services aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday), and worldwide within 5-7 working days (Monday-Friday).

Customs

Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs. 

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 28 days. If it has been 28 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer either a refund or an exchange.

*Please note, you can’t return just one item of a bundle purchase, you need to return the whole bundle.

Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our Website.

How to make a Return?

1. Register your return by emailing orders@faro.ie and mention 'return' in your subject line.
2. Please provide order number and product to be returned
3. Our team will be in touch to provide you with the return address and details.

Refunds:  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be processed, within 7-10 days.  We may need to contact you further to make the necessary arrangements to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds:  If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks of the confirmation email contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@faro.ie

Sale items: Items or Products which are marked as being included in a “Sale” or “Sale items” or similarly described, or Items on subscriptions unfortunately cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an exchange, is needed please contact orders@faro.ie

Shipping: The easiest way to return an unwanted purchase from our website is to return the item unused and in the original packaging to our Distribution Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your original order ID, email address and name so we can locate your order and process any applicable refunds. Please post back to us using a standard delivery service.

 

Free Delivery Promotion:

  • Free shipping is only open to the Republic of Ireland Only. 
  • Free shipping promotion can be withdrawn at any time.
